USA Damascus patterns including the Talon, Thrush and Side Spur are forged from 416 layers of 52100, 5160, 203E and 15N20, folded five times and heat treated to 56-58 RC. Those three also come in 1075 high carbon at 59-61 RC, and the high carbon Mamba, Reef Shark and Ridge Hunter arrive with a mill finish. Stainless blanks include the 440C Sensei and Camp Master and the AUS8 Boot Skinner. The Saber-Tooth Hunter pairs a 154CM blade with scalloped black G10 scales, and indexing points at its integral guard help a thermoformed sheath hold the knife.

Scale combos use woods such as Bubinga, Purpleheart, Walnut or Yellowheart, and hidden tang designs like the Coyote, Jackal and Wolverine take a Black Limba, Bloodwood or Katalox handle block. Letterman, Little Viper and Persian Fighter combos have pre-machined scales, oversized and left for you to drill and shape. The Texas Bowie and Fire Ant add a matching Damascus guard, while the Clip Point Bowie and HT Boot Bowie offer a brass or stainless guard.

Blade lengths run from 1.44 inches on the Lady Finger to 11 inches on Harvey Dean's D-Guard Bowie, which joins James R. Cook's Vaquero and Jerry Fisk's Lil Sendero in the 9Cr13CoMoV Master Series.
