DIY Thermoform Holster Kits with Clip, Paddle or Loop Mounts
Shop DIY thermoform holster kits for 1-piece IWB and OWB taco-style holsters as well as concealment, pancake and hybrid builds, with the mount and hardware for that design in the kit. Universal Value Size and Standard kits come with a larger KYDEX® sheet and a mounting attachment, and the DIY QuickShell™ kit arrives already formed for select handgun models.
Each 1-piece kit supplies .080 inch sheet cut 8 x 12 inches, in KYDEX®, BOLTARON® or HOLSTEX® Basketweave, Carbon Fiber or Raptor, plus printed and video instructions. The OWB version rides a Multi-Mold® paddle mount and the IWB version a FOMI clip for a 1.50 or 1.75 inch belt. The concealment kit pairs that clip with a ModWing, ordered as Standard (STD) or as Light Bearing (LB) for a setup that carries a weapon light or laser.
The Universal Value Size kit moves up to a 12 x 24 inch sheet of black KYDEX®, enough for multiple full-sized holsters, plus the loop type you pick. The Universal Standard and 2-piece Pancake Loop kits both start from a 12 x 12 inch sheet, the pancake version with matched belt loops for belts up to 1.50 inches. The hybrid kit joins an 8 x 8 inch black KYDEX® sheet to a Black or Brown cowhide backer, sized Small or Medium to match your handgun.
The QuickShell™'s black KYDEX® is shaped on a CNC weapon mold for the Glock® 19/23, Kahr® PM9, S&W® 642/442 and other listed models, and it comes basic or with a FOMI clip or IWB soft loop. Leather holster kits are on DIY Kits/Shells for builders who would rather stitch, and if you send us your handgun model and carry position, we can suggest a kit.
