The CKK Belt Loop Design kit pairs a 12in x 12in sheet of cell/smooth KYDEX® with black rivets, a 20 lb pull ball chain for neck-style knives and a pre-formed loop that mounts vertically or horizontally. Gauge means sheet thickness, and it decides how rigid the finished sheath is. Black runs from a light .060 inch for small knives and low-profile sheaths through the all-purpose .080 to a rigid .093 or .125 for larger blades and heavy use, and Desert Tan and E.M.T. Red come in .080.

Multi Design, the two-piece kit, holds two black .080 inch sheets at 4in x 8in, enough for most knife sizes, plus binding eyelets and your pick of mount with its hardware.
