Bullshark Framelock Folding Knife Kit

Tools recommended:
  Torx screwdrivers (T6 & T15)
  Sandpaper

Begin the assembly by inserting the 3 back spacers/standoffs into their holes and fasten using the flat head screws provided. Add the pivot pin and the smaller washer as shown above.

Add the stop pin, blade, and the larger washer as shown above.

Put the left side liner in place over all the pins and fasten the standoffs using the flat head screws supplied with the kit.  Now add the pivot pin screw.

Use a little thread adhesive on the pivot screw to help lock it in place at the desired tightness. Adjust the pivot tightness to suit your personal preference.

Sand and polish the handle scales. (note: Advanced builders may use any type of handle scale material that they prefer. With the supplied kit handle scales [see images above/below], you have a handy template for creating the pattern needed for making your own scales out of virtually any material.]

Assemble the scales and add the clip using button head screws.
