Both the tag and the strap of the leather version are 8-9 oz cowhide, built to stand up to airports, car trunks and overhead bins. The strap uses a slit-lock design, so the tag slips through and stays put. Once assembled, the leather tag comes out 4.50 inches long and 2.85 inches wide.
