Shop washers and spacers for knife handles, sheaths and holsters, whether a screw head needs a clean finish or a mount needs more clearance from its hardware. The lineup covers countersunk finishing washers in nylon, anodized aluminum and metal, flat Tegris® and CURV® accent washers, black EPDM washers, and Raven Concealment™, TRS™ and 2-hole nylon spacers.
On a handle scale or sheath, a countersunk washer gives flat head, oval head and other tapered screws a finished seat. Nylon washers come in 23 round top and 15 flat top shades that match nearly all of our KYDEX®, HOLSTEX® and Boltaron® colors. USA-made anodized aluminum washers come in 12 finishes and take truss head screws when turned upside down. Handle scales get even pressure from metal round top washers in black oxide for 4-40 and 8-32 screws or stainless finish for 8-32. A flat accent washer in black, coyote or silver composite finishes non-beveled screws on Tegris® and CURV® work.
Where a sheath or holster body meets 3/16 inch Chicago screws, slotted posts or TLMAB posts, a black EPDM washer cushions the contact, quiets rattle and adds retention. A thicker washer gives more standoff, and a 70-piece assortment mixes several sizes. Short and Tall lengths of the Raven Concealment™ spacer lift a concealed carry rig or knife sheath attachment clear of its mounting hardware. Behind holster struts and clips, a USA-made 2-hole spacer in Nylon 66 adds .250 inch of clearance, and a half-inch TRS™ spacer sets the UBL Duty Drop out far enough for a Level 2 Hood Kit.
