DDR3 Locking Liner Kit (Universal)

Start by placing the 3 standoffs over the tapped holes on the lock side liner as shown,
put the pivot pin in place and put the small washer over the pivot. Put the blade stop in its place.



Next, put the blade over the pivot pin, and then put the larger washer over the pivot.



Put the left side liner in place and put all the screws into their holes and tighten. Assemble the pivot screw.
NOTE: The pivot pin holes in the liners have a small flat on one side. The pins must be rotated until they
enter the holes.



Assemble the bolsters and the handle scales.



The scales must be trimmed all around and matched to the curvature on the bolsters.



Remove one screw from the bolsters and sand the scales and part of the bolsters.



Next, replace the first screw and sand the rest of the bolster.



Finally, assemble the thumb opener.
