GPC Locking Liner Kit

These are the parts we’ll be working with for this project.



Begin by putting the pivot pin, stop pin, one washer, blade and the second washer in place on the
right side liner.



Put the left side liner in place over the pivot and stop pins. Screw the threaded pivot into the tapped pivot
and adjust the blade play as needed. Next, slide the 2 spacer pins into place between the liners and insert
the flat head screws thru the spacers and into the right side liner. Check the blade free play again
before installing the bolsters using button head screws.



Add both scales and sand them to match the bolsters and frame.
