Made in the USA, the Thrush is available in both premium USA-made Carbon Steel Damascus and 1075 High Carbon Steel configurations. Its compact dimensions make it comfortable to carry while providing the cutting performance and control expected from a quality fixed blade. The drop point design offers excellent versatility for everyday tasks, while the hollow-ground blade geometry provides efficient slicing performance and a refined appearance.
With a blade length of approximately 2.375 inches and an overall length of 6.25 inches, the Thrush strikes an excellent balance between portability and functionality. The blade measures 0.75 inches wide and features a full tang design with three handle mounting holes for secure handle installation. Builders can use the included stainless steel pinstock or modify the tang holes to accommodate larger pins, tubes, or threaded fasteners.
The Thrush series is offered as blade-only kits for makers who prefer to source their own handle materials, as well as complete combo kits that include premium hardwood handle scales. Available scale options include Bubinga, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart.
