#47 (.0785) and 1/16 drills
(Belt sander will be helpful)

Let’s start by assembling the bolster and scale on the lock side liner.
You may find that it’s necessary to trim the angled fit next to the bolsters.

Use a 1/16” drill to drill thru the 3 tapped holes in the liner for the pocket clip.

Next, remove the scale and drill thru the 3 holes using a #47 (.0785) clearance drill for the screws.

This is what you should have now.

Assemble all the parts on the lock side liner: pivot pin, bolster, stop pin, standoff pins, a
washer, then the blade and the second washer.

Assemble the rest of the parts with the exception of the clip.

File and sand the scales to match the bolsters.

Seal the scales if you desire.

Sand and polish the handle to suit.
