On the Thermoform Heat Gun, setting 1 runs at 450W for lower temperatures and setting 2 at 1500W for high-heat work, covering 572°F to 1112°F on 110V. At 1.6 pounds, it stays easy to handle through long sessions. The DeWALT® D26960K adjusts from 120°F to 1100°F in 50°F steps on an LCD readout, so you can match the heat to the material.

Temperature readings keep sheath and holster forming consistent. Aim the Pro Line infrared thermometer with its laser to read from -58°F to 1022°F, including oven temperatures with the door kept closed. A temperature difference calculator and scan and hold functions are built in, and it runs on a 9V battery you supply.

The 12 inch DeWALT® large trigger clamp works with our KYDEX® taco presses, applying 300 pounds of clamping force, and a quick change button converts it to a spreader. To shape the warm sheet, pick a molding press and foam from our holster and sheath making tools. If you are deciding between the two heat guns, ask our team about your forming setup.
