GX6 Folding Dagger

T6 and T8 Torx Drivers
Sandpaper
(Belt Sander, if possible)

These are the parts that we’ll be using for this project.



Start the assembly by putting the pivot pin in place, then the stop pin, the small washer,
blade, and the larger washer on the right side liner as shown.



Put the left liner on, then put the two spacers between the liners and use the flat head screws
to fasten them.




Add the pivot screw, adjust the opening/closing action, and then add the bolsters using
button head screws.



Add the scales using button head screws. File or grind and sand the scales to match
the bolsters. Polish the complete assembly to suit.
