HOLSTEX® Thermoform Sheet for Sheaths and Holsters
Shop HOLSTEX® for heat-formed sheaths and holsters with a finish that resists scratching yet stays flexible. Textures run from raised Basketweave and 3K twill Carbon Fiber to two-sided Raptor and Tactical, plus clear Ghost for see-through work, with gauges from .060 to .125 and sheets as large as 2ft x 4ft.
HOLSTEX® was designed for professional and DIY sheath and holster makers who heat form on a small to medium scale, and it shapes much like KYDEX® and BOLTARON® do. A heated sheet forms around the knife or gun with foam or a press and holds that shape well once it cools, so your sheaths and holsters come out clean and consistent.
Each HOLSTEX® line has its own page with colors, gauges, and sizes. Basketweave Texture gives a molded sheath or holster the woven look of classic leather gear and comes in 18 colors. Carbon Fiber Texture is sold with either an untextured back or a Tactical-textured back, and both carry a 3K twill carbon fiber look on top. Raptor Texture pairs a Raptor face with a Tactical face, and Tactical Texture comes in Flat Dark Earth, Foliage Green, and Killer Coyote with the rugged Tactical finish on both sides. Ghost is a clear sheet with smooth faces that stays see-through after forming.
Ghost, Raptor, and Tactical sheets ship with an H-SPM™ mask already applied, keeping their surfaces protected through shipping and handling. Gauge choices vary by line, with most Basketweave colors offered in .080, .093, and .125 and Ghost in .080 or .093 at 1ft x 1ft or 1ft x 2ft.
