Shop drilling and cutting tools to put eyelet, screw and snap holes through KYDEX®, HOLSTEX®, Boltaron® and leather on sheaths and holsters, then clear the burrs they leave. Choose from Milwaukee® M18 Compact cordless combos, CKK Design #6 and #8 eyelet drills, small and medium 8-piece hole punch sets, a CKK countersink bit and the Noga RC2000 deburring tool.

CKK Design eyelet drills use a custom pilot point and angled fluting to cut a clean hole sized for the eyelet, in #6 (3/16 inch) or #8 (1/4 inch). The 8-piece hole punch sets work in leather, KYDEX®, HOLSTEX® and spacer material, and their hardened steel cutters swap fast on a threaded forged handle. Reach for the small set, 5/64 to 11/64 inch, or the medium set, 3/16 to 5/16 inch, when installing button snaps, Chicago screws and mounting posts or prepping for corby rivets and thong tube pins.

Drilling thermoplastic sheet leaves burrs and debris in the hole. Clean those holes with the CKK Countersink & Deburring Bit, a five-flute bit sold as a 1-pack that fits standard cordless drill chucks and drill press units. The Noga RC2000 does the same by hand, with a reversible blade for the outer and inner side of holes from 0.200 to 0.430 inch.

For cordless power at the bench, a Milwaukee® M18 Compact kit brings brushless motor technology and REDLITHIUM™ batteries, in either the drill and impact driver combo or the impact driver combo. Presses, heat guns and setters for knife sheaths and holsters are in our holster making tools, and our team can tell you which drill or punch size matches the eyelets and posts on your build.
