For mounting hardware on sheaths and holsters, look to the 8-32 screws. CKK Industries makes seven of them in the USA and sells each one individually, with Phillips flat, oval, pan, truss and flat-top truss heads and Torx flat and truss heads. All seven come in black oxide steel at lengths between .1875 inch and 1.00 inch, and the flat heads and standard truss heads also come in DFARS compliant 302HQ stainless.

The 8-32 range also includes a 25-pack of low-profile 302HQ stainless button heads that take a T-10 Torx driver. Clips on sheaths and holsters snap on and off more smoothly with the hardened black oxide flat head Phillips for IWBs, whose head is angled to recess into IWB mounting posts. Three decorative Chicago screws make up the CKK Designer Line, each machined from 304 stainless to fit standard 8-32 posts that are sold separately.

The 4-40 screws handle precision jobs such as folding knife frames, custom handles and firearm accessories. Stainless Torx flat, button and socket heads come in 25-packs, while the black oxide Phillips flat head and the titanium screws are sold one at a time. Among those titanium screws, the SK Design shallow socket head by Steve Kelly seats low where a standard socket head would sit too deep, and CKK Design offers 6AL4V button and socket heads. If a screw on an existing sheath or holster mount needs replacing, send us its measurements and we will look for the closest match.
