HOLSTEX® Basketweave Sheets for Sheaths and Holsters
Shop HOLSTEX® Basketweave and give each sheath and holster you form a bold, raised weave with a classic look. Its 18 colors run from Armor Black and Chestnut to Hunter Orange and Tiffany Blue, with sheets as small as 8in x 8in or as large as 2ft x 4ft in .080 to .125 gauge.
This is the same basketweave pattern found on police belts and leather gear, carried on HOLSTEX® sheet as a true 3D texture. Since the weave is raised and not printed, it comes through heating and forming with its sharp detail intact. You end up with a light, tough sheath or holster whose surface resists scratches and fading.
Basketweave is shaped with forming foam or a press, and once heated until pliable, the sheet wraps around the knife or gun and sets in that shape as it cools.
