Choosing Your Thickness:
The jig thickness sets the depth of the mold cavity, which determines how thick a wallet or credential holder you can form and how many cards it will hold. A thinner jig (0.250in) forms a slim, low-profile wallet (accommodating up to about six standard cards), while thicker jigs (0.375in and 0.500in) create a deeper cavity for a thicker wallet with more card capacity.
