Wallet Molding Jigs for Thermoform and Leather
Shop steel wallet molding jigs for forming slim wallets and credential holders from KYDEX®, Boltaron®, HOLSTEX® sheet or leather. Choose a jig thickness of .250, .375 or .500 inch to set the depth of the 6-card mold cavity and how many cards the finished piece can carry.
Each jig is made in the USA from solid steel, and its fixed thickness gives the same mold depth from one wallet to the next. The same jig works whether you form the wallet in thermoform sheet or build it in leather.
The .250 inch jig makes a slim, low-profile wallet for up to about six standard cards, while the .375 and .500 inch jigs form a deeper cavity for a thicker wallet with more card capacity.
