The Boot Shark is a fixed blade knife kit built for craftsmen who want a compact, reliable skinning knife or a personal carry blade with traditional style. Inspired by classic boot knives, the Boot Shark features a full tang AUS8 stainless steel blade with a satin finish and a flat grind, heat treated and cryo-treated to a Rockwell hardness of RC 56–58. With an overall length of 7.50 inches and a 2.625 inch cutting edge, this blade is balanced and nimble, ideal for skinning, daily carry, or field tasks.
This combo version includes a matched set of pre-machined Curly Maple handle scales. The natural maple wood has a rugged golden-tan base color with a distinctive wavy grain pattern, creating a tiger-stripe effect that gives the handle depth and movement under light. The dual stainless steel bolsters are already attached, and the kit includes stainless pinstock for secure attachment. Two 0.200 inch handle holes and one 0.250 inch thong hole (tubing not included) offer multiple lanyard or retention options.
