SK Design 4-40 Titanium Screws are shallow socket head fasteners machined from titanium for builders who need a flush, low-profile finish with minimal material removal. The shallow head seats cleanly in tight-clearance applications where a standard socket head would sit too deep, making them a favourite for folding knives, frame assemblies, and custom handles.
Designed by Steve Kelly and manufactured in Montana, USA, each screw is held to exacting tolerances for a consistent fit and lasting hold. Titanium construction provides high tensile strength at a fraction of the weight of stainless steel, along with natural corrosion resistance.
Available in 0.250in and 0.375in thread lengths, both with a 0.182in head diameter and a 0.060in head height, driven by a Torx T-8.
