Shop a 440C stainless steel bolster blank made in the USA and sold before heat treatment, for custom knife making and knife repair. The 1-pack blank is 2.0 inches long, 1.25 inches wide, and 0.156 inch thick, a size scaled for one knife project.
The 440C stainless blank can be cut to shape, drilled, and sanded with ease. Work toward the final outline a little at a time, checking it on the knife until the bolster seats snugly against the handle.
