The plain P3AT replica matches the outside dimensions of the pistol and suits thermoforming in KYDEX®, Boltaron® and HOLSTEX®. If the gun wears a Crimson Trace Laserguard, form on the Laserguard version instead, since that replica includes the laser and the finished holster makes room for both. A matte surface on each P3AT cuts down on slipping during setup.

The PF9 replica is an impact-resistant polymer that keeps its shape when heated and pressed during molding, with a matte finish for added control while forming. Holsters formed on it take their shape from the exact dimensions of the PF9.
