In the Thunder line, the 380 replica is a high-density polymer meant for repeated forming in thermoform materials or leather, while the Thunder 45 handles KYDEX®, HOLSTEX®, Boltaron® or leather. The Thunder 9 Pro XT replica pairs polyurethane with steel to match that pistol in size, weight and contour, and it serves training as well as forming.

The BPCC 9mm replica is built the same way as the Pro XT, with steel inside polyurethane, and its Law Enforcement Blue color stands out on the bench. The TPRC (9mm) is copied to that pistol's size and shape and holds up when the same holster pattern is formed over and over.
