Most base Glock® models in the American Safety Molds™ line, such as the 22 Gen 5, 30S and 48, are sold in Natural, Prepped and Trainer form, and the rest, like the 19 Gen 6, 37 and 47, stick with Prepped and Trainer. If you thermoform, Prepped is the version to order, while vacuum formers can get the 19 Gen 4 or 43X as a Split Mold Board.

Trainer - Safariland Ready drops directly into a Safariland® holster as it comes and is offered on the 17 Gen 5, 19 Gen 3 and 19 Gen 4 and on light and optic builds such as the 19 Gen 5 with an RMR Optic. For dim-light drills, the 17 Gen 5 Trainer - TrueSight w/Night-Glow carries metal sights that glow in the dark, and a separate 17 Gen 5 with its optic plate removed takes your own RMR Optic. Many light and optic replicas, from the 43 with a TLR-6 to the 45 with a TLR7A Flex and Holosun SCS MOS, come in one version.

On the 19 Gen 6, 37, 43X MOS and most other magazine replicas, you choose between Magazine - Holster Mold, whose top bullet gives the carrier its shape, and Magazine - Trainer, which goes into the pistol so the slide moves freely. Magazines for the 17 Gen 5, 23 Gen 5, 43, 45 and 47 come bullet-topped, and those for the 17 Gen 4 and 30S are trainers.
