Curved Holster Molding Jigs from American Safety Molds™
Shop a curved jig that lets a holster take on a waistline curve in the press or vacuum former, made by American Safety Molds™ in two radius sizes. Pick the Medium Radius for waists from 30 to 36 or the Large Radius for waists of 36 and up.
Matching the radius to the wearer lets the finished holster follow the curve of the body. The jig comes with a removable piece of 1/2 inch Xtreme foam, cut to fit, that brings out forming detail on the back side of the holster.
