Vapor KYDEX® Sheets for Knife Sheaths and Holsters
Shop tinted, see-through Vapor KYDEX® for knife sheaths and holsters that keep the blade or gun in view. Pick from warm Desert Glass or cool Frosted Glass in .080 gauge, with 8in x 8in and 8in x 12in pieces for one-off builds or 1ft x 1ft and 2ft x 4ft sheets for production runs.
Made from haircell-finished, semi-translucent KYDEX® sheet, a Vapor sheath or holster keeps the knife or gun it holds in view as you carry it. Frosted Glass gives it a cool, frosted look, while Desert Glass tints it a warm sand color. Other carry gear of almost any size or shape can be molded from Vapor too.
If you already make sheaths and holsters from solid-color KYDEX®, Vapor will feel familiar, since it has the same texture and flexibility and forms in the same range of roughly 300°F to 375°F. Once the warm sheet is pressed around the knife or gun and has set, trim and finish the edges as you would on any other build.
When a pattern calls for less than a full sheet, we cut Vapor down for free, which means less waste and lower shipping costs.
