Solid Color KYDEX® Sheets for Knife Sheaths and Holsters
Shop solid color KYDEX® sheets in earth tones, grays, greens, and bright shades for knife sheaths, holsters, and other carry gear. Choose any of 27 haircell colors like Desert Tan and Toxic Yellow, plus PC-textured Black and V103 practice black, with gauges from .028 through .125 and sheets sized 8in x 8in to 2ft x 4ft.
These USA-made colors were blended for KYDEX® sheath and holster making, so your sheaths and holsters can match outdoor, survival, military, and law enforcement gear, or go bright in Hunter Orange or Tiffany Blue for lifestyle carry. Each one carries our standard P1 haircell, giving the finished side an even, non-reflective face that resists scratches, while the smooth back forms precisely around the knife or gun.
You can order every color in .080 gauge, and many also come in .060 or .093 for a thinner or thicker build. Black in P1 haircell comes in every gauge from .028 to .125, and the PC texture gives black gear a different feel in .060 to .125. Reground and recycled from the excess of standard KYDEX® runs, V103 makes an economical black practice sheet in .060 or .080 for test fits.
Softened at about 300°F to 375°F, solid color KYDEX® sheet molds over the knife or gun with forming foam in a press or on a vacuum former, then cools into a light, waterproof shell ready for edge finishing. We cut any color down for free to fit your pattern, saving material and freight, and each sheet is inspected and packed separately before it ships.
