Every Little Viper™ kit is built around a compact 3.375 inch blade with an overall length of 7.56 inches, giving it a slim, controllable profile suited for concealed carry or light field use. The blade is 0.8125 inches wide and hollow-ground on both sides for efficient cutting performance and a comfortable in-hand feel. Two oversized 0.250 inch tang holes allow flexible handle construction, and stainless steel pinstock is included for secure assembly.
This is the USA Damascus configuration, forged from 416 layers of premium carbon steels (52100, 5160, 203E, and 15N20) folded five times and heat treated to 56-58 RC, elevating the platform with enhanced visual depth and refined performance.
Choose a base blade kit (blade blank and pinstock only) or a combo build kit that includes pre-machined hardwood handle scales. The scales are intentionally oversized and left undrilled, giving you full control over shaping, pin placement, and finishing. Handle options include Bubinga, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart, each chosen for strength, grain character, and visual appeal.
