Olive Drab EDC Wrap® over Olive Drab KYDEX® sheet gives holsters, knife sheaths, and carry gear a solid olive drab cloth face that blends with Olive Drab clothing and gear. The 500D Cordura® cloth gives the outside a fabric texture over the matching Olive Drab KYDEX® base. Each sheet is 1ft x 1ft with a .080 gauge Olive Drab base layer. That size works well for a single holster or sheath, test fits, and small carry pieces.
This is pre-wrapped thermoform sheet material. The adhesive-backed EDC Wrap® cloth has already been applied to the full outer surface of the KYDEX® sheet. The net effect is a KYDEX® thermoform sheet material with a pre-applied outer cloth layer that is ready to mold. This version features officially licensed Olive Drab patterned (500D) Cordura® fabric wrapped on a (.080in) gauge Olive Drab KYDEX® base sheet layer. The combined sheet is ready for heating and forming.
The (.080in) thick base KYDEX® sheet thickness provides added rigidity while maintaining ease of shaping and retention—ideal for crafting tough EDC holsters, fixed-blade sheaths, or modular gear. The EDC Wrap® (500D) Cordura® cloth outer layer provides perfect camo blending with existing Olive Drab cloth-covered clothing and gear. Whether you're building for duty or personal carry, this sheet is built to hold up under pressure—and look good doing it.
