Shop 2.5mm x 0.45 metric screws for pocket clips and custom folder builds, in two head styles with a T6 Torx drive. Pick a socket head with a 0.098 or 0.138 inch thread length, or button heads by the 25-pack at 0.178 or 0.230 inch.
Folding knife builders and anyone refitting a pocket clip can work with either head style here, as both share the same 2.5mm x 0.45 metric thread. Torx engagement lowers the risk of cam-out or a stripped head, so a screw stands up to being removed and reinstalled. Both are stainless steel, and select models use USA-made 302HQ that is DFARS compliant.
Go with the socket head where clearance is tight, because its very low profile keeps the head close to the surface. The button head gives a clean, finished look with solid holding strength.
