1-72 Screws for Folding Knives and Knife Handles

Shop 1-72 screws for small folding knife and handle builds, in flat, button and socket heads with a Torx drive, plus a Phillips button head. Most come in 25-packs, while a CKK Design titanium socket head and a press-fit faux screw for stripped holes are each sold as a 1-pack.

On the plain stainless Torx screws, the flat head comes in two thread lengths and the button and socket heads in three, starting at 0.125 inch, with the button head reaching 0.500 inch. For a dark accent, the black coated stainless button head is a 0.250 inch screw with a T-6 Torx drive. Where a build calls for a Phillips driver, the stainless Phillips button head has a 0.375 inch thread length.

The CKK Design socket head is 6AL4V titanium with a 0.250 inch thread length and a T-6 drive, and it can be heat-colored to suit a folder or custom handle. For repairs, the stainless faux screw restores stripped threads in a 1-72, 2-56 or 2mm hole. Its knurled shank presses straight into the damaged hole with no re-drilling or re-tapping, and the same screw can fill a hole the design leaves unused.

Larger and smaller threads sit side by side in our screws for knife making. To match a 1-72 length to the folder or handle on your bench, message us with your measurements.
