0-80 Torx Screws for Folding and Fixed Blade Knives
Shop 0-80 Torx screws for folding knife liners, handle scales, pivots and clips, along with a tap and drill set for threading new holes. The screws are stainless flat, button and socket heads in 25-packs, and some carry a titanium nitride coat in TiNi black or TiNi gold.
Socket heads offer five thread lengths from 0.125 to 0.500 inch in plain stainless, and the TiNi black and gold versions add a sixth. The button head and stainless flat head come in 0.125 or 0.250 inch, while the TiNi black flat head is a single size that sits flush and turns with a T-5 Torx driver.
The titanium nitride coat on the TiNi screws adds wear resistance, and the Torx recess grips the driver firmly to limit cam-out and stripping. When you drill and tap your own liner or scale, the 0-80UNF tap and drill set pairs an M2 HSS spiral point tap with a 0.0468 inch M35 cobalt drill, and both come packed in a locking combo case.
