The blade is hollow-ground on both sides for outstanding cutting performance and easy finishing, while the full tang construction provides the strength and durability expected from a dependable fixed blade.
This is the USA Damascus configuration, forged from 416 layers of premium carbon steels folded five times for striking, distinctive contrast patterns. The blade arrives heat treated to 56-58 RC and ready for handle installation and final finishing.
Each Desert Rose blank features six 0.125 inch tang holes and two 0.250 inch tang holes, offering extensive flexibility for handle construction. Stainless steel pinstock is included, and the tang design easily accommodates custom pins, tubes, or threaded fasteners depending on your preferred style.
In addition to blade-only configurations, the Desert Rose is available as a complete combo kit with premium hardwood handle scales: Bubinga, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart.
