At the heart of every Whiplash kit is a USA-made Damascus drop point blade forged from a 416-layer steel configuration that delivers excellent edge retention, durability, and eye-catching pattern detail. The hollow-ground blade measures 2.625 inches long and 1.0 inch wide, making it an ideal choice for everyday carry, utility, hunting, and personal carry knife projects.
Each blade is precision ground on both sides and heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 56-58 RC for dependable cutting performance. The full tang design features two 0.125-inch handle pin holes and two 0.093-inch holes that can be used for optional custom bolsters. Stainless steel pinstock is included with every kit, providing the essential hardware needed to begin your build.
The Whiplash Series is available as a blade-only kit for makers who wish to source their own handle materials, as well as complete kits that include premium hardwood handle scales.
