Featuring a 2.75 inch hollow-ground Damascus blade and a full tang construction, the Virginia Skinner offers excellent control for detailed cutting tasks while maintaining the durability required for field use. The blade is forged from multiple high-carbon steel alloys and folded five times to produce a striking 416-layer Damascus pattern. Heat treated to 56–58 RC, the blade delivers an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and ease of sharpening.
This series is available as a blade blank with stainless steel pinstock or as complete DIY knife kits that include premium hardwood handle scales. Available scale options include Bubinga, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart, allowing builders to create a knife that reflects their personal style.
