Each blade in the Sports Boot series is crafted from high-layer carbon steel Damascus and heat treated to 56–58 RC for a balance of toughness, edge retention, and cutting performance. The blade features a hollow-ground, double-sided profile that enhances slicing efficiency while maintaining strength in a compact design.
Measuring 7.50 inches overall with a 3.125-inch blade length and 1.00-inch blade width, the Sports Boot is designed for easy carry without sacrificing capability. The full tang construction includes multiple precision-machined holes—eight 0.125-inch holes and one 0.250-inch hole—offering maximum flexibility for handle assembly and customization. Stainless steel pinstock is included with every kit for secure construction.
