Measuring 5.50 inches overall with a 2.625 inch blade, the Pygmy Dagger is purpose-built for compact carry, display projects, and detailed custom knife work. The symmetrical spear point dagger profile is ground on both sides to create a balanced appearance and precise handling characteristics, while the full tang construction provides a solid foundation for durable handle installation. Two handle mounting holes and a larger center hole allow makers to incorporate traditional pins, decorative accents, or custom fasteners into their build.
Each blade is crafted in the USA from premium carbon steel Damascus featuring 416 layers of forged steel. The Damascus billet combines 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15N20 steels folded five times to create a striking layered pattern with excellent toughness, edge retention, and visual appeal. Heat treated to 56–58 RC, every blade arrives ready for handle fitting, finishing, and personalization.
Available configurations include a blade blank and stainless steel pinstock only version for complete customization, as well as complete blade kits that include stainless steel pinstock and your choice of premium hardwood handle scales.
