At the heart of every Jackal kit is a USA-made 416-layer carbon Damascus steel blade forged from a carefully engineered blend of 52100, 5160, 203E, and 15N20 steels. The blade is hollow ground on both sides, professionally heat treated to 56–58 RC, and finished to reveal the distinctive layered Damascus pattern that makes each knife unique. The result is a blade that combines excellent cutting performance with exceptional visual character.
With a 4.625-inch blade length and a 7.25-inch overall length, the Jackal strikes an ideal balance between portability and utility. Its 1.125-inch blade width provides ample cutting surface while maintaining a sleek profile that carries comfortably in the field or on the belt.
