The blade is hollow ground, heat treated to 56–58 RC, and finished in a striking layered Damascus pattern that highlights the depth and flow of the steel. Measuring 2.75 inches in blade length with a 6.56-inch overall profile, the Hornet is engineered for discreet carry, precision cutting tasks, and lightweight utility use.
The full tang construction includes two precision-drilled 0.187-inch pin holes and a 0.156-inch lanyard (thong) hole for flexible handle design options. Each kit includes stainless steel pinstock for secure assembly, while select variations expand into complete handle scale packages featuring premium hardwoods chosen for grain character, color depth, and finishing potential.
