Forged from USA carbon steel Damascus (52100, 5160, 203E, and 15n20), folded into a striking 416-layer pattern, each blade is heat treated to 56–58 RC for dependable edge retention, durability, and workshop-ready toughness.
This is a true builder’s platform. The hidden tang design includes no pre-drilled pin holes, giving you full control over handle geometry, pin placement, and fastening style. Each kit includes stainless steel pinstock to support your build process and allow full customization with traditional or modern assembly methods.
