Bold, compact, and built around a wide cutting profile, the Duster Damascus series delivers a clean drop point platform with strong visual presence and dependable performance. Forged in the USA from high-layer carbon Damascus steel, this hidden tang design combines functional geometry with a striking layered pattern, creating a versatile foundation for custom knife builds ranging from utility cutters to refined everyday carry pieces.

 

Each Duster blade is hollow-ground on both sides and heat treated to 56–58 RC for consistent edge stability and durability. The 3.00-inch blade and 7.125-inch overall length create a balanced compact form, while the 1.25-inch blade width provides added strength and cutting confidence without sacrificing control. At 0.140 inches thick, the blade maintains rigidity while still allowing for precise finishing and profiling work.

 

The hidden tang platform features two 0.250-inch tang holes with stainless steel pinstock included for handle construction. Builders can also modify the tang hardware to accept larger pins or threaded fasteners depending on the desired configuration and build style.

 

This series is offered in multiple kit variations, ranging from a blade-only configuration to complete handle-scale packages featuring premium hardwood selections. Each wood option brings its own tone, grain character, and finishing potential, allowing for a wide range of final aesthetics from subtle and traditional to bold and high-contrast.
