Every kit in the series starts with a 5.75-inch clip point blade cut from cryo-treated 440C stainless steel, heat treated to RC 54–56 for dependable edge retention and corrosion resistance. The hollow ground satin finish delivers a clean, classic profile with real cutting performance, while the 0.180-inch spine gives the blade the strength expected from a true Bowie design.

 

This is a hidden tang, half-tang construction system designed for real customization. Two pre-drilled 0.156-inch tang holes make assembly straightforward, while the included pinstock and guard options give you everything needed to lock in a secure, finished build. Depending on the variation, you’ll work with either brass or 416 stainless steel guards—including engravable stainless options for builders who want a more personalized touch.
