Each Claw blade is forged in the USA from 416-layer carbon Damascus steel, heat treated to 56–58 RC for a balance of edge retention, toughness, and long-term performance. The hollow-ground, double-sided blade enhances slicing efficiency while maintaining a compact footprint ideal for everyday carry, backup use, or display-grade custom projects.

 

With a 2.50-inch blade and 6.375-inch overall length, the Claw is engineered for tight-space utility without sacrificing real-world functionality. The .812-inch blade width and full tang construction provide stability and control, while the three .125-inch tang holes allow for secure handle assembly using the included stainless steel pinstock. Builders can also modify the tang for alternative hardware such as oversized pins or threaded fasteners.
