Every Bushido variation features a hollow-ground tanto blade profile scaled for comfortable carry and responsive control. With a 3 inch blade and a compact 7.312 inch overall length, the Bushido feels fast in the hand while maintaining enough blade presence for utility work, collection display, or defensive-style carry applications.

 

The series is available in both USA-made 1075 high carbon steel and premium USA Damascus steel configurations, giving builders the choice between rugged working performance and striking layered steel presentation.

 

The 1075 high carbon variations are heat treated to 59–61 RC and built for craftsmen who want a durable working blade with excellent edge retention and a clean, functional finish that develops character over time. The USA Damascus models are forged from 416 layers of premium carbon steels folded five times, producing bold contrast patterns that elevate the Bushido into a true collector-grade custom project while still delivering dependable cutting performance.

 

Each Bushido platform includes three .156 inch tang holes and stainless steel pinstock for secure handle construction, while still allowing easy modification for threaded fasteners or custom hardware setups. Available configurations include blade-only kits for full creative freedom as well as complete DIY packages featuring premium hardwood handle scales including Bubinga, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart.
