Crafted in the USA from high-performance carbon steel Damascus, the Bodyguard features a hollow-ground blade forged from 416 layers of premium steels folded five times for a bold, high-contrast pattern with real cutting performance behind it. The compact 2-11/16 inch blade and 7 inch overall length make it ideal for concealed carry applications, utility work, display collections, or gift-worthy custom knife projects.

 

Each Bodyguard blade blank is heat treated to 56–58 RC and precision ground on both sides for a clean starting point that’s ready for finishing. The full tang design includes three .156 inch tang holes and stainless steel pinstock for secure handle construction, while still allowing easy modification for larger pins or threaded fasteners.

 

Available configurations include blade-only kits as well as complete DIY packages featuring premium hardwood handle scales including Bubinga, Canarywood, Lacewood, Purpleheart, Walnut, and Yellowheart. Each wood option brings its own distinct character, allowing builders to create anything from a rugged field knife to a refined collector-grade piece.
